By accessing and using Drillbid's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Drillbid provides a matching service connecting clients seeking geotechnical consulting services with qualified geotechnical consulting firms. We act as a facilitator and introduction service only.

For Clients: Our service is completely free. We review your project request and match you with relevant geotechnical consultants in our network.

For Consultants: Joining our network is free. You may be contacted about qualified project leads that match your expertise.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting project requests or company information. You are responsible for verifying the credentials, references, and qualifications of any consultants you engage with through our service.

4. No Warranties

Drillbid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service or its results. We do not verify the credentials, experience, or qualifications of consultants in our network. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

5. Limitation of Liability

Drillbid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
• The quality of work performed by any consultants matched through our service

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Drillbid and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
